💸 Refund Policy — ParisPrints

At ParisPrints, we want you to shop confidently.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are included

  • The item is not part of a sale, clearance, or promotional offer

  • Items such as innerwear, socks, and personal accessories are non-refundable


2. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice).


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank/UPI account

  2. Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)

  3. If still unresolved, email us at parisprints@gmail.com


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us

  • A return is initiated after the return window (accepted at our discretion)


5. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund it at no additional cost.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personal accessories (socks, innerwear, etc.)
